 When Refunds May Be Approved

  • If you purchase a service and we have not started work on your project within 3 business days, you may request a full refund.
  • If we determine that your website or account cannot be fixed due to factors outside our control, and no significant work has been done, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

 No Refunds in These Cases

  • If you fail to provide necessary information, documents, or access, and we are unable to complete the service.
  • If your account is suspended again due to reasons unrelated to the service we delivered (e.g., new policy violations, changes on your website after delivery).
  • If you change your mind after we have already started work.
